In the NAM. Uninstall the NAM you have right now, then reinstall it. Everything is in the NAM, you just have to pick it. Instead of just clicking all the way through, stop at the custom installation screen, and go through the options to pick what you want. Textures and driving side should both be options you can choose from. It should look something like this: (the year in my picture is old):

From Packersfan's "District of Wenzel" CJ, I'm curious as to what the lots with the piles are.  (grain or dirt, whatever they are).  Particularly the one at lower right with what appears to be an elevator, but also the ones including the cranes at mid/upper right as well.  (Or any similar industrial lot(s).)

I'm 99% sure those are props created by jestarr.  Do a power search for him over on the LEX and you will find a treasure trove of industrial BATs.  I'm guessing he created those lots as well, but they could have been re-lotted by somebody else.

Generally, this thread is designed for specific requests. Asking for things like that comes off as being a bit lazy; There is a search function on most exchanges. Also, IIRC, that is the only building with such a display.

 Things that are hard to find or whose names are unknown are much easier to locate, and are more likely to get responses.

Well your picture pops a 404 error, but based on the name, I have a few guesses. I believe that it is a many 100 meters tall Star Wars-based building I saw on some Japanese site. Here are some similarly tall ones, but I cannot find yours. I searched through this list of Japanese sites and didn't find it, but if you have some time, search through this thread too for the links. (if I remember correctly the site you are looking for looks kind of like the one I gave you)

 

If you really want that building, I predict it will be a loooong search.

If you're talking about generating images of your entire region then it would be Sawtooth's Region Census on the LEX.
