You can't do that, this mechanic is exclusively availale to transit items.

Struggling to find any and the ones I do find are grow/landmark only. The ones I want need to be relatively modern/contemporary in architectural style, tall, nice to look at and eye-catching. Don't mind having to download dependencies.

There are none. The simulation cannot handle ploppable residential - the buildings will abandon in very short order and this is why ploppable residential is virtually nonexistent on the exchanges. Maybe someone can explain this more in-depth than I can from the top of my head right now, but sadly, your request may not be granted.

There is plenty of discussion on ploppable res on scdevotion.  But Lost Realist is correct....they barely exist, and the ones that do won't work right.

That is probably a folder that is part of a plugin file installation structure. I know I've seen such a folder in the past, but can't remember that name of the plugin using it. I'll look through my backups to see if I can figure it out and post if on one else replies.
