SAM Project Development Experiments !

This decade, surpriseely the global development of my installations went to Mayon, Europe ANNO, Spain, Italy, France and last Asia ! Holland last month very dense coverage and U.K. Sollent little to come  Behind this several parts of the world already some stuff setup I looking at my South America Africa looking for a new chapter in my world development !

Some time ago already tried a growable town setup !

Today I have a look at the content installed up to now and what might be improved up on !

See here Little Brasilia !

Quit nice Osca Neimeier museum and the famous S shape highrise Sao Paulo building !

Churches as well very nicely preset, Civics and Utilities to be improved up on ! This building only presentation except above park lots ! World Championship Maracana and Congres of Brasil presetn but too large will be in parks reveiw !

This I over winter furthur improve and make ready for a summer series release !

Wonderful work here...can you tell us (me) about the bits in red? Where to find them or whether its all custom lotting? Its lovely..also which building that is?

And is the tunnel what you were looking for? If so it's probably part of the NAM.

It was the cypress' and greenery alongside the road, but I'll have a look through some of the NAM underpasses as well :)

It looks like the Maxis Avenue but with the bits in the middle replaced which is exactly what I'd love to get hold of / figure out how to do it myself, I imagine its replacing exemplars or something similar to whats in the tree replacement mods?

All of Port de Caravella is (amazingly) custom-lotted. For example, you can tell by the cars in the roads/streets, they aren't functional. These are HD prop cars, not the regular automatas replacement mods we have available. Those cypress are either from Giraffe or Barroco Hispano, both of them have cypress props and MMPs in their work collection.

Italian affair - Some kind off !

Today II´d transfered a purpose of view of my Apuglia region to my fastest machine ! When I loaded the Polycastro Bussentino area I saw a shocking abscence of rail related items and scatered road pieces missing !

Inbetween completion of this area and now I might addes some mod´s wich overide the RRW Textures but nothing special, Gobias Sidewalk moa ! The RRW overide removale restored it partially but the road remained !

Without any clue about that second problem I decided to restore a backup from end august and because there wasn`t much changed move the latest region file in with succes ! Paralel I have a second instalation with a newer NAM wich might be the reason these things remained. Happy resolved the situation and think twice now about add mod´s inbetween !

So this highlights the urge to make regular backup of your work so to not end up with nothing !

The props in all networks, including avenues, can be modified whilst keeping functionality, though the method is a bit different from making custom lots. Here's an old guide in SC4Devotion:

Thank you for your interest in my DIY projects, but they are not yet perfect (there is a problem with the adjustment of certain FSHs to certain S3Ds, and I need to understand why).

The other thing that concerns me is the fact that I am altering original creations, and I don't know if it's okay to release them without the creators' consent.

However, I am willing to share them privately with anyone who asks me, hoping that I am not violating Simtropolis's charter by doing so. Please let me know if that is the case.

I thought relots were generally ok because you need to link to the originals anyway as a dependency.
