Good thing I really love these old warehouses;

 

Btw what's the trick getting custom BATs, mainly I-D and R$$, using SC4 Plugin Manager to actually appear in game, CS$ never have an issue growing in game but those previous ones never show up...

I love these old warehouses too    and I have found in most cases when a building doesn't  grow there is a mismatch between the desc file and the lot file   such as a R$$ desc placed on a R$$$ lot     or also could be the number of workers or residents is extremely high
