Those are your Portuguese Oaks. I've modified most of your tree files so that I only get the 2 or 3 most mature versions of each. Jack has no patience for saplings.

Final product for the retrowave gas station. It's a homage to 80s style art installations like Meow Wolf in the west coast and Otherworld in Columbus. This concept basically acts as part art installation, part convenience store.

It's been a while since the last time, but finally I can start playing SimCity 4 again...I needed something less monotonous, something new... and of course I needed it to be Japan, so I created a new map, a new region...  I have been updating the NAM version, I have changed and modified the terrain... I think the final result can be interesting... as soon as I can, I will create a new diary to show all the progress.
