Would love to see more Araucaria Araucana too!  They are quite popular in Ireland. You'll often see it in the garden of an old farmhouse, manse or an Anglo-Irish "Big House".

The seeds are delicious to eat roasted, like pinenuts or chestnuts.  Indeed it is said that the Mapuche may have survived Spanish invasions by wintering in the A. araucana forests and eating the seeds.

Too many roundabouts?

Yes

An alternate version with a Portillo's (Chicago based hot dog and Italian sausage chain). I just really wanted to make a Portillo's for the game, honestly. Both of these are exported. I'm working on the mirrored versions with different brands now so the can be used as combo shopping centers.267601970_643059046730261_2294502027033165725_n.png.26de7880e4a5ff3c625c44b038712e89.png

This set is my favorite that you've ever done. Great job!

The exquisite joy of having matching residentials grow next to each other, creating an 'estate' effect

Indeed just the right amount of repetition in just the right place can make for nice effects.

At the rate brick and mortars are going out of business, it's becoming increasingly hard to come up with ideas for small businesses. My cities are starting to look like "obsoleteville". Maybe boarded-up abandoned businesses would be an idea. Amazon and Wal-mart will be the only things we'll be able to plop eventually.

Blockbuster!  Great idea!

or, an Amazon locker….

youd be surprised though.  No Walmart or Starbucks on Guam.  You can find KMart though!

Diagonal filler convenience stores ... I'm thinking of releasing a pack of these but I need three more convenience store / shop / small business names to round it out.  If anyone has something they would like to see, PM me or respond on this thread.

Update to Nanyo Hotel in the works based on user feedback coming soon.

Last PSA - calling our Korean friends, speakers, and fans here: gonna create a skyscraper eventually with some Hangul logo.  What's a good fictional name you would like to see in neon at the top of your city?  PM if interested.

Some very exciting projects there, I could do many things with those diagonal lots!

Lovely building. Will it be residential? I will definitely use it.

The Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory in Milwaukee, known by the locals as "The Domes". Each dome represents common, tropical and desert flora. The cost of keeping them running through Wisconsin's long, brutal winters, might be better spent giving everyone a plane ticket to the real locations.

Yo, guy --

Better they spend the money on "The Domes" than yet another "Fake Audit" of an election their boy lost a year ago!!!

"MERRY CHRISTMAS", Jack --

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

@art128 hey!!

I'm gonna try to make it as a growable residental. To me it is a bit difficult managing residential stats in PIMX, so for me it's better to make buildings as a Landmark or Comercial Ploppable.
