I decided to also make an STR (Single Track Rail) version as well for those times where single track is the way to go. Same size and also same stats but with many key differences.

While I'm working on some more airport lots to tie in with what advanced users might use, I've made a second in the D.I.Y. Skyscraper buildings.

These components (base middle and upper)

are assembled to become this:

(Note this lot is a diagonal overhanging DIY Skyscraper in the brutalist style)

I've also made a standard corner lot (which, in this case is 10 floors taller using the self-assembly method in the lot editor)

     I am delighted to announce the start of a very special project open to the SimCity 4 community at large!  I'll be leading renewed efforts to further improve the NAM traffic simulator to explore new transportation modding possibilities, and we'll need participants to accelerate testing and gather ideas!
