Zürich Bahnhofstrasse quarters update 04 !

Tram network creation such tedious work. Zürich modern city center and financial quarters obviously street layout and some getting out of the grid need to be taken care off. Bahnhofstrasse as center piece, completly traffic free, side streets leading nowhere for allmost. Landmark the Old Swiss Financiel Center, Lindenhof park, Botanic Gardens and the Townhall to come !

Tram bridge route along the Swiss Financiel Center in direction of the old town and Zürich Stadelhofen Bhf also completed. Old town on the right there will be own tram route along the Limmat an on behind along the back of the centre, and merging beyond it !

Top picture where I created the highway interchange, I created a pre metro tram tunnel to avoid long waiting times !

Zürich, such a great city ! Christmas, I hope to have something more substantial ready for leaving this year ! Out of nothing creating into anything is still a tiresome task, taking care of any detail one may want to be included and some (un)exptected surprises !

Another Ginza building (I really should have made a pack like the NY or London stuff, but I thought I would only make a two or three...)

Tasaki is a jewelry store that recently had a facade face-lift with the addition of these odd little light boxes over the main front. But it does make for an interesting night-scene....

Farms seldom get much love in SC4.

In real life, one of the things I do (together with a group of like minded friends and a couple of other Australian investors) is purchase degraded or abandoned farms in very marginal climatic areas of low rain or poor soils and we return them to forest via various local partnership programs. It's one small way to combat climate change in the face of rising fossil fuel use (given the Australian governments' shocking track record, it's the least some of its citizens can do )

This set of farms uses a brand new farm field type and is based on the above principle...although in SC4, all they do is provide I-Ag jobs
