Disabling lot aggregation and subdivision severely limits the farm variety, the only thing that varies is the fields. The following image is one of the few configurations I have seen in that case. Farms don't support lot subdivision.

Farm-Without-Lot-Aggregation.jpg

Lot aggregation and subdivision is the system SC4 uses to change the size of a lot when developing residential and commercial zones, disabling it forces the game to pick a lot that matches the user's zoned lot size. It has to remain enabled for industrial medium and high density zones, they can't develop otherwise.

@Barroco Hispano I had gotten the rig 95% complete. What is left is tweaking, and community discussions about color preferences, and most importantly, actually BATing with it. So far I've just been using grey cubes, teapots, and old BATs that I quickly redid the materials for, but nothing so far where it's an entire BAT completely redone.

I haven't tried perfectly matching the Mental Ray rig, because the Mental Ray rig has problems (mainly the excessively bright and cyan sky (and shadows)). And even if the rig were perfectly matched, the way materials are, it's not possible to get a BAT to perfectly match rendered with both rigs. My goal is to have a rig which makes good looking BATs which sit comfortably with existing content (both Scanline and Mental Ray). The sun angle and softness are matched perfectly. Otherwise I've gone back and forth between tweaking it in various ways. So I'm 100% confident that we'll have a lighting rig that is really good and that everyone will love, but there isn't a point to working on it more until the export problem is solved.

Just messing around and testing things you sometimes find interesting uses for something new.  This breakwater set is going to be very interesting to work with, if it had an underbridge capability it would be amazing!

You have to ask yourself whether endless hours of making rail textures and trying to choose one is just part of the fun or some kind of deep rabbit hole.

I made these variations today, looking for opinions *

Personally I like the last the most but they all look good!

Wow!! Thank you for this timely upload --- this was one of those files I lost during my own hard drive crash and could never find them again. I was just looking around for them last week to no avail. So I really, REALLY appreciate this little gift! Thank you! These stations are some of the best out there. Very handy.

Ever considered splitting the project into a few separate uploads as opposed to one giant megapack?  Might make your life slightly easier, especially given the amount of detail compared to the arbitrary deadline you've set for yourself.  These are absolutely gorgeous, btw.  Once I get a replacement for my currently broken game (I have the disc version on XP, which not only lacks compatibility with the most modern custom content, but also hasn't been working since more than a year ago) I look forward to playing with these.
