Last year when I was reorganizing my plugins folders to give my game a more eastern and northen european look I tried to learn how to BAT to create more buildings from these regions to avoid repetition in my cities, but for some reason I couldn't export neither in GMAX or 3dsMax, so I gave up for a while.

Last week I gave it another try and finally could export my first BAT's:

Of course there's a looot of errors and a lot of room for improvement but the simple fact that I could export them successfully made me happy. The reddish roof buildings real-life counterparts are located in Iceland (one is a random household goods store and the other is a restaurant) and the the middle one is an husqvarna store located in Finland.

My goal is to make them blend with the slavic BAT's that I'm using to create small density commercial areas:



I hope to be able to improve and if I hit a level where I'm satisfied enough with my work I will try to publish them to the community to the ones that could be interested in these BATs

Sorry, I made another download with two buildings included. And you can place them next to each other and they blend together. I just know how much you "guys" hate these kinds of lots. Sorry

Edvarz, you mentioned you don't make BAT. What about iLive Reader? Making lots is kind of time-consuming, it would be nice if someone could test adjust stats so the lots grow well.

the biz prop segment could use some representation too (King Air, Socata TBM, Pilatus PC-12, etc.)

apart from the aforementioned 208s, there are also Beechcraft Baron and Glider props from AC, you might need to do some LE work though.
