An upmarket department store. These days, you see a lot of buildings, which, when renovated, are covered in a laser-cut screen of delicate patterns...we don't have many of them in game....this is one such building. There's an urban version:

Excellent work matt, but I must admit that i  imagine it with a green roof instead. It's great anyway. Thank you for sharing your amazing work.

Inspired by mattb325's growable cul-de-sacs, I'm making a gated community near Santa Fe in west Mexico City. I think this will probably be my first upload from Mexico City. The more centrally located buildings I've been working on need a lot of variation and will take more time to develop. This suburban development can be more monotonous, so I can finish faster.

Had the day off yesterday and decided to blow 11 hours and make Wind Turbine Service INC, making use of AP's and SM2's sweet props. A 7x8 lot is my biggest so far. I am so thankful for the LE expanded preview by CB. 
Now I just need to get my hands on some HD timed car pros to go with SM2's timed pick-up trucks.

(And No that's not a crime scene. Its called work! The truck broke down.)

Downtown Condos in the middle of the city, in the last post there were nothing there now it's an entirely new city district. Also all of the buildings are vanilla.

I got inspired by all of the cul-de-saccing that's been happening recently 

Here's one of the first things I tried to make for SimCity 4, retextured for 2021. It's the Houston bungalow on a 45 degree angle, for the end of tight cul de sacs like this. I think it's a neat way to get a compact suburban tracts going with vanilla content.

What a great addition to the game.  When I drive past my local garage, I always think that we could do with that in SC4.  Every small town here has a garage like this.  And you have it plopped right next to the petrol station, just like in my village, well it's across the road from it

That is an excellent idea! Fun fact, I used to work as a tutor and one of my students lived precisely in that place!!
