Built in 1936, Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial commemorates the Battle of Lake Erie that took place near Ohio's South Bass Island.

I'm sure some of our US members know about this Monument.

At this point, I think I'm going to do a Rural Gas Station Set 2. I love how this Cenex turned out.

For the last of the multi-use stations that I am re-purposing is the L1 Terminus for the 7.5m network. I have made it a diagonal library:

Cute enough and useful to add to the few diagonal buildings available, but pretty boring....in my hometown of Sydney, libraries are really enjoying a huge renaissance and many new ones are being built plus old ones are being extended. So I thought about giving this one a modern zinc addition on the back accessed via a glass box walkway. Like much of the current trends in architecture, the new addition makes no attempt to mimic the old version, so that it is really easy to read which part of the building is old and which is new, but is respectful of the scale of the original.

Plus there's not too many of this sort of thing in SC4:

A Patriot (Norcal brand) with a Pacific Pride canopy for commercial vehicles. May also do one with a drive-thru beverage barn. Note that these lots are not final and I have also been testing out some new car props too.
