Elder-Beerman will soon be gone in real life, but not in our cities! (if you so choose of course)

Also, would anyone here like me to do try to do a Carson's, Herberger's, Younkers, Bergner's or Boston Store?

A few weeks ago I started building this tile:

I wasn't sure what I wanted to put in the center, but I finally chose my custom LOTed Stargate.

When I began building I started with the rail station, but I didn't realize a GLR from the tile above was supposed to go on the road which later forced me to space out a few things. This is what is looked like before the GLR:

I love having to build around problems, that's when the really creative stuff comes out.

Very nice fillers and rather seamless textures!

Have you considered a sidewalk mod such as Gobias' sidewalk replacement textures? I'm not sure if they would automatically change the pavement textures on your custom lots though.

That's one of my SC4 mottos- death to Maxis white!

And borrowed from someone else...

Oh really nice. I hope it will be still prop and not automata... or not just automata. I love it. Shall I give you a list about the cars what I would like to see... :D :D :D :D (sorry, I'm just joking..., am I? ;) )

New people and car props would be awesome at all times! :)

Anyhow, keep up the good work!

PS.:
Has anyone been interested in new GLR Terminuses... ;) (nope, the model still not mine, I can't make models, just reuse what I can find on the exchanges... in this case from  @art128's Transportation pack.)

I had some problems when I was exporting people, so I had to make them a little higher than the cars to preserve the quality of the textures (I insert the FSH files manually in the .sc4model file to preserve the highest quality possible).

Why hello there. It's been a while again.

IRM-style logistic "big fillers" for some of those unruly odd-angled items (puzzle pieces would be far too inconvenient and cloggy).

If the trucks are FA-2 or FA-3, would it be technically possible to have FA-2 or FA-3 walled truck stop pieces/lots for FA-2 or FA-3 roads?

Tram loop terminuses in my area are much lees present with those new two way vehicles. Small cosmetic detail might be a cross over switch as trams do turn back,  well done !

@The British Sausage: The IRM cp wall pieces and the trucks are 22.5 degrees, which are technically a little bit off FA2 (26.6 degrees) but I could try to find a way to make them work. It's something that I have experimented with in the past but didn't really invest too much time to.

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !
