I just had to comment on the Bellingham map, its the best realistic re-creation of an actual location I've yet seen on this site.  Also, Bellingham is part of my local area so its very familiar.

@kingofsimcity it looks really really good. I would love to learn how to combine those overlay textures the way you have but i struggle to get the lines to make sense :) my favourite here is the main 'road' with the diagonal curve in the middle of the lot

@kingofsimcity That gas station is now looking more action packed. I love the outdoor seating area with the umbrellas and the whole lot itself is great! Well done.

I think the point of the post is that Fantozzi managed to make growable farms with those props, which will be an astounding addition to rural play if they are published!

Growing Merlot everywhere, but this doesn´t say there grwable agriculture lots or SPAM ready !

In this case, they are growable, which is clear if you've read the development thread. As for SPAM ready, I'm not sure anyone brought that up, although it would be nice *hint*

EQUAL TOWN !    Experiment with growable BAT´s only first !

Let me introduce a equal divided city. Poor part of town has no vegitation, Rich has lush all around §

Zoning on both sides is equal. A chess board patern is used for the different zone types high density middle, low outside !

Overal development is lacking. Abscence of landmarks ? All basic needs ar met. What else wanted ?

Very nice town ! GUI maybe hidden with minimize button remover and the U-drive button thrid on the menu turned off makes it more beautifull, well done !
