Schulmanicus: Investments

The Mool Wool Chamber of Commerce is eager to bring in new investments and businesses to the city. Let's see what economic opportunities await us in this northerly island town.
 

A ferry terminal serves the city with daily connections to Pyy, Vaunmax, Zevende, Smightower, Busscastle, Schulmericho, New Atkinos, Knoxvegas and Oak Ridge.


The Port Authority Building sits next to the ferry terminal. Behind it is the ProForce Building (Protective Forces – fire, police and ambulance). The adjacent office building has suites available for leases. Right now, the only occupant is the comedy writing team of Brady, Mochrie & Stiles.
 

The eastern half of town has plenty of business opportunities as well. Adonis Hall, an upscale sculpture studio of Doric, Ionic and Corinthian columns, is expanding into pilasters and friezes. Why not set up a workshop nearby and become an artisan?
 

The marble experts have a studio right next to the church. There are several spaces available now in the building for other artisans. Act now, the top floor was just rented out to Bell Incorporated, Schulmania's first custom bell and carillon manufacturer.

A delegation from the Bureau of Feline Affairs, headed by Princess Ava, recently returned to The Wirdleplex from a State Visit to Belize and Guatemala. Today, we will look at some of the results of the trip from western Belize. Other than the National Assembly building in Belmopan, the other pictures are all in the Cayo District, not far from San Ignacio. There are also a few peeks at the new Prehistoric Mesoamerica inspired SimCity creation due to be released in Harar after a while. Why would the BFA want to go to Belize (other than the fact that it totally rocks, of course!) is that Belize is home to five wildcat species. And who in Schulmania would not want to see that??!! They are:

Reconquest
   


Since the lifting of the Siege of Schulmericho in early 2013, the Schulmania National Army has steadily pushed enemy forces eastwards into the Devonian Mountains. As more territory is liberated, the devastation wrought by the invaders is very evident: villages burned to the ground, environmental desolation and everything of value stripped away. Toxic Oil of Onimay pits dot the once pristine landscape and much of the forest has been decimated.


 

 


The only thing intact is the enemy rail network, which has been increasingly used in liberated areas to bring troops and weapons to the front lines. A tunnel through the mountains, apparently constructed with prisoner labor, has given our forces an easy way around (or, under) enemy positions to cut off the enemy's forces in the mountains.
 


Coordinated efforts by the army and the Schulmania National Air Force have forced significant retreats and allowed Bureau of Feline Affairs military units to construct our first fort on the eastern side of the mountains. The Reconquest is underway and our progress is inexorable!

Witness an actual battle between Queensferry forces and Schulmania's army and air force!

To consolidate our gains, military planners have ordered the construction of a solid stone castle along the captured rail line. Fort Balam, named for the Mayan Jaguar deity, will be the key to our ultimate victory, as it serves as our first foothold east of the mountains since before the war began.


Don't mess with Balam!!!

Let's look at Fort Balam... and hope that it is impregnable!
 



 

 

 

 

 

 


The fort and surrounding area are constantly patrolled by fixed wing craft deployed from Maxis AFB. The Schulmania National Air Force has been targeting enemy positions in the hills beyond as well as helping to detect and repel incursions into the newly liberated territory.
