Part 1: Terraforming
A small island in the Tenne River is awaiting its fate as a settled part of Schulmania. But, this time, the City Planning Office is resorting to crowdsourcing to  develop this new area. We will start with the flat and featureless island and watch it grow the way our Simtropolis friends dictate. So, tell us what you want and we will make it happen (or, more accurately, the most popular selection will be made to happen). Now, to what you want to see...


Select one of the following options for the terraforming of the island:
1) FLAT - pretty much the way it is
2) HILLY - throw in some hills just to make it interesting
3) STEEP - steeper hills and/or cliffs, canyons and such
4) MIXED - mix it up and have some flat and some not

Once adequate input has been received, an update will show the terrain and a new question will be posed for your thoughtful consideration. Thank you for your assistance in this matter,

Includes all posts in Volumes 1-3 recorded as of Volume 2 Page 386 and Volume 3 Page 362. As noted in the 2010 Annual Awards, single posters will be counted but will not be shown because the length of the post will exceed the maximum allowed by the site. There are as of today 868 different posters in Schulmania, 520 of which are included here. My new goal for Schulmania is 1,000 different posters. I still have a long way to go for that... so maybe I can coax a few lurkers to post <g>. Curious to see how the rankings changed? The new BFA Diplomatic Services Medal will be a new class of awards added into the quarterly Schulmania Awards Ceremonies beginning in Q3 2013. To qualify for this award, SimCity enthusiasts on Simtropolis and/or SC4Devotion need to personally receive a diplomatic delegation from Schulmania and/or the Bureau of Feline Affairs. In addition to receiving the medal, members will be granted a simoleon (§) next to their name in all awards ceremonies to come. It is the pleasure of the assembled representatives of the Feline Realms to grant the inaugural class of awards to these members:
