They are both the same, so that would be zero.

In terms of what's totalled for site submissions, Content Count refers to everything posted anywhere. Whether on the forums, the STEX, City Journals, or the Gallery, etc, each submission is recorded as a single numerical increment. Several years ago you may recall on the forums was the only place for this to happen. This then made up the total and everything else wasn't counted. How it is now on profiles in forum topics, I suppose still saying "Posts" helps to keep familiarity and so it looks neater here on profile summaries.

There is an admin tool which can recount user content counts. We could do this for the entire membership and this would increase most totals, since older posted content outside of the forums would then be included. But we figured for the sake of continuity it'd be best to stick with the status quo.

Should yourself or anyone wish to have their count recounted however, just let us know and that can be arranged on an individual basis.

On this day, 10 years ago, I was registering on Simtropolis to download some New York taxis. I didn't even know the day before there were such things called mods that would made my SimCity a completely different game and would grab me here like forever - or at least 10 years later. It's funny because ST made part of my whole adolescense and now adult life.

Y'all know how much I love statistics, I've been keeping an eye on this for a bit and I think it's a pretty cool one that deserves some attention.

Big Congrats to @Jasoncw, the Guardian Building just became the all-time highest rep'ed BAT on the simtroplious exchange;

Wow, impressive! Certainly, such an index has a recent-time bias, but overall it is very precise at first look: the most reputed works are indeed some of the highest quality ones on the STEX

I like stats too and I look at the leaderboards every now and then (believe it or not, I used to be ahead of Korver ), but the STEX files likes list underneath has never caught my eye.

I remember a lot of people used to be ahead of Korver, now... not so much lol

There might be some recency bias when it comes to reputation, but like you said when you look at the quality of the work of the BAT's on the list there's no doubt that they deserve to be there. If likes were more prevalent in the early days of the system there would likely be more files on there from that time. But at the same time there's also little doubt that the overall quality of BAT's released on the exchange in 2019 are significantly more detailed than BAT released in say 2009. The quality just continues to improve which only makes sense ofc since the experience and knowledge level of batter's is continually improving as well.
