  Yes, attaching the files to the posts is a good way to do it. That'll be easier than going the PM route. While I wasn't particular focused on this initially, I did consider the last login time when doing some secondary PMs. There were some ealier downloaders who had been on the site more recently than some of the mst recent downloaders. This would be something to consider further. I was considering a few groups: SC3000 city files, SC3000 building files, and SC4 region files. Most of the missing files would fall under one of those categories. And the ideaa of seperate posts would help clarify things a bit. Perhaps there's other ways of streamlining the list...?

  For a laptop, I recommend buying a cooling pad to lower the temperature. SC4 requires a dedicated graphics card (NVIDIA is recommended, as it’s more compatible with SC4 than AMD); this improves performance since you don’t have to rely on the integrated graphics. Obviously, if you're using a dedicated graphics card, it's normal for the laptop to overheat, since the GPU is pushed to its limit regardless of the workload it has to handle.

  Hm, not sure where you looked. Well, the SimCity China entry in the SC4 Dictionary has a link to pikachu_SQ's SCCN DLC repository on Naver. If I open the subfolder "Original", I can find a large number of e.g. SXCZ files. If I understand this correctly, the number at the beginning of each entry is the thread-ID from SimCity China:
