Simtropolis.com download question

Hello.  I know this is not a Simcity 4 problem per se.  But the issue I'm having is that when I click to download an extension or mod, nothing happens.  This has to be a problem with my firewall or browser.  Which are Kerio firewall and Firefox.  I think what is happening is the frames are being closed or blocked.

Sorry to post this question here, but I'm hoping that maybe someone has had the same problem and was able to solve it.  Any help would be appreciated.

Try right clicking the link and "Open link in new window."

You could also try temporarily disabling your firewall. I also use Firefox, and I have no problems.

i had that problem to a few weeks ago, and i have it again to now:s but i just waited. and a few days later, or even less, i could just download from it again

Try clearing your cookies and internet cache. Then allow pop-ups from Simtropolis and make sure cookies are enabled.

It is my firewall and disabling lets me get through. I'll have to figure out a way to download without disabling. Thanks again.
