Game crashing when loading cities

hello...

hope for some aide here as I have only copies of sc4deluxe/rush-hour....

one is ea disc pair and a second is an amazon download vr .164, purchased a couple years ago

[amazon since locked my account and their service refuses to fix it and return my account to me... and it sucks because

all my current info is currentthen and now therefore refuses to let new make a new account

wish they had support that really knew their stuff instead of telling sol buy it on ebay]...

BUT is crashes as it about finish loading the city and fixing to go to teh city and it crashes...

i have dell ryzen5 4cpu/radeon graphics, 500gighd, 258gb graphics, namv42,...

been working for weeks to get my game game back starting from scratch several times...

but never getting passed the city finally showing up and being all workable... any ideas?...
