      you must check the hospitals the receptionist take a tea break every 15 minutes and when they are not having tea they are talking to each other and give other blacks and also white the look as if they must p*$s off and even the receptionist will tell then in english to f$#k off and this is a hospital. now the french are rude

  9. Just discovered that my city is under snow in SC4 (I don't understand :P )

      That's the game's Christmas surprise! Snow will appear on 25th December, which is more visible on high elevations. I think it can be toggled off with the "Snow" command in the Extra Cheats DLL (I know this turns it on).

      Cool ! Indeed I have the grand Canyon map so I can see the snow :P But I remember that last year I had no snow....
