Says hospital on strike, but they are not.

    I get a warning the hospitals and medical centers are on strike and when I follow the link, everything is fine. Then it will say a particular medical clinic is on strike, but there isn't even one there. I think there was one but I buldozed it and built R.

    Bug in the game links you to wrong building. Look in your budget list under Health and Education (click on the eye to open detail) and you will find the hospital that has insufficient funding.
