Garbage import bug?

My city has cash flow problems, even though I import garbage from two or so different cities. Now I hear that the garbage import doesn't work correctly because I'll spend more in maintenance than anything else? Is there a mod to fix this, or should I just cancel importing garbage?

no buggs involved,its just simple... your deal is not big enough to take out the ALL of the garbage... think of it as a simple math problem, you have 6 apples minus 2, you have four yes? well in sc4 those apples(aka garbage) multiply every month. so now you minus 2 apples once a month BUT it multiplies by 2 every month witch is not enough to simply wish that garbage away.

and yes there are mods out there (this one works the best ) good luck and have fun!
