Hi guys, i have Sim City 4 deluxe, which I have had for a while. On my old computer the game worked just fine, but on my new computer (Windows 7) the game works fine, but I am having issues with the mouse cursor. It lets me build things just fine, I can alter terrain and stuff, but it wont let me click on buildings to see whats going on in there, it just turns into a small white circle, any ideas? thanks!
