Am I dreaming?  A new beauty from nofunk?  Pinch me!  
I've been down in Chicago a few times this year and I'm amazed at the amount of revitalization going along in some neighborhoods.  Some of the old factories along the river are getting a new lease on life.  Glad to see we can add some of these beauties in our SC4 neighborhoods now.

I'm loving these last couple classic Midwest industrial buildings you've put up... keep 'em coming!  Soon our cities can look like the south side of Milwaukee, ripe for some gentrified adaptive re-use. ;-)
