Hello everyone... This is a Stage 8 CO$$ growable building on a 2x4 lot. This lot will only grow on the left side of corners. It is based on a building in New York City on Park Avenue just north of Union Square (215 Park Avenue South). Even though it's really a New York building, I set it so that it grows on both the New York and Chicago Tilesets since I modeled the roof junk and building shape based on Chicago buildings like Brown & Sons, Fisk Insurance, and Ham LLC. I hope you enjoy.
