A great addition to the STEX, there is a desperate shortage of marinas and sea walls.

Love it, great work! My only nit to pick is that it may of been better had you rendered this in 3dsMax. Good models such as these deserve especiall good textures/renders which are available in 3dsMax of course.

Brilliant, another fine ploppable set for our harbour areas.

Nice, but I think You missed some details like buffer buoys, bollards maybe trash bins. It's a bit empty here. Also boats has low details in comparison to PEG sailboats. And all of them are white! It's too sterile.
