Nice, realistic & dirty! I needed something like this because my cities have become way too 'gentrified'... they'll look great in or near industry. The other police buildings on here are great but do look a little out of place near factories, thank you

It's because simpegs site is kinda wonky. You need to be logged into the site in order for the links to work. Otherwise you are sent to the frontpage.

I have an issue with this lot. The grunge concrete textures are missing. I tried to remove all but these three plugins to test it out but still no luck (https://i.imgur.com/OjFIvFb.jpg is what it looks like). Ideas?

Love your work, but since a handful of files now from different users require offsite files that link to dead links I wish it was a rule here that all dependencies should be on site somehow. Thanks for the reup of the files...
