Description:
The in-game cruise ship in my opinion has always looked to be a disappointment. In 2012 Mattb325 released his Broadway Cruise Terminal Building. A spectacular looking building! Once I saw it, I got an idea to for his model and relotted it to blend in with the lots of the Cruise Ship Port (CSP) Set created by Jason5871. The CSP set has lots to transition to Old Wooden Waterfront (OWW2) lots.
There are two lots uploaded with this version: one with the in-game cruise ship (automata), and one with no in-game cruise ship. The lot without the in-game cruise ship will allow a player to plop one of the better looking cruise ship lots that are found around the SimCity online community. For example the picture above is shown with one of the cruise ships by Somy.
Both lots do NOT replace the Maxis in-game version and you can have them co-exist in the same city if you wish.
Like the in-game version, the lots are found in the Rewards Menu and provide jobs once plopped. Therefore they will need road access. Both lots are transit enabled at the entrance/exit locations at the front of the lot.
Unlike the in-game version, the two lots do not have any requirements to unlock them, and they can also be placed more than once in the same city.
