Here are two good-looking towers (based on some Maxis originals) that will fit nicely in any setting.
A few different versions are included -
Grow: 8x3 and 3x8
Stage 6 RES$$$, capacity 994, all styles
Plop: 4x2 and 2x4
CO$$$, capacity 432

DEVELOPER NOTES
The lot is modded in such a way that it will not be stopped by any blockers - in other words, it should show up even if you use Maxis Blockers (BSC) or Peg's MTP Replacements. And it won't replace any default lots either, so you should be able to use it as a plain addon without needing to fiddle with your current setup.
At stage 6 and with the footprint in two different orientations you should be able to grow it a bit easier than the elusive originals.
Also included are two ploppables as functional landmarks with CO$$$ jobs.
You find them at or near the end of the 'Landmarks' menu with custom icons.
INSTALLATION
Put the whole bundle into "(My )Documents/Plugins".
You can delete any lot you do not wish to use (e.g. the ploppables).
To un-install - bulldoze all lots you may have plopped from this pack, then remove it completely from your Plugins.
