I always loved these two maxis towers. But the lotting, as usual was crap. With your relot though, they look as any other high quality BAT. Nice work, Paeng!

Looks very much like the lot will have to be 3 x 8 as an 8 x 3 will be parcelled out by the game. (tested this).

Nonny, yes - that's why I ended up including both. It takes more patience (and money, for bomb&regrow) to get the 8x3... ;-)

Yeah, I was kinda wondering about that comment too - somehow I can't picture this building in a run down low wealth neighborhood, crammed with 3000 residents... ;-)

these are good looking & interesting buildings

It's a Maxis building, makes it seem that the Maxis buildings are good on their own, once they replicate and dominate the city, only then does it appear boring and repetitive.

I've always loved these buildings. They are classy-looking and realistic.
