Saville Condos turn the traditional terrace on its head. This ultramodern, four floor multi-family home has two individual townhouse style apartments and, a rare commodity for inner city homes: an attached garage.
Each home has soaring windows and large outdoor balconies to ensure a breezy connection with the outdoors. As an added bonus, because the living areas are above the garage, privacy from the street is ensured.
Executed in plaster and steel, these apartments are specifically designed to fit the traditional W2W landscape as modern urban infill buildings, but I have also modelled windows in the side walls to ensure that they can fit into other medium density schemes as well by not leaving a large blank wall when they grow on street corners.
Saville Condominiums are presented on a 1x2 lot.
There are three variants: red, blue and green accent walls. These are in a building family and the colour variants will appear at random on the lots.
This will grow on medium and high density zones at stage 5.
