That is a nice looking checkpoint, is it available? I love the colours in your images, they give a warm feeling to the scene.
2. NYBT Midtown Theater

Yay, it's done!
3. In the world of model trains "adding character" is called weathering. How far you go with weathering is as mentioned subjective but I think everyone understands that human-made objects aren't perfect - either by nature or through aging.
4. Yes, looks stunning. I think you also picked a nice coulour scheme, seems fitting for a roaring thirties theater!
5. Modern Row Homes

Looking good and it indeed makes a nice addition to the game.
6. Absolute City Centre - Absolute World One

Sick design (in a positive way) and a beautiful transformation of it to Simcity!
7. XV • Round 5 Knockout (Adventures of the Sifu)

Nice storyline but I'm even more intrigued in the beautiful building in the first image (http://www.majhost.com/gallery/111222333444/SimCity/Okashi/okashin2.png). Do you remember where you found it ?
8. Waterloo Apartments

Matt, did I ever mention your work is amazing?
9. Haguean Flatiron Apartments
There are more things that aren't completely correct with this model, but I was in a too late stage of modeling to discover that. Besides, I find it looking great already. That's why I said in the description that it's "loosely based upon the "Strijkijzer"-building"
Don't worry, it will rise in my cities. If you ever get a chance to take a tour on the top floor levels you should. On bright days the view is amazing.
10. Haguean Flatiron Apartments

Looks good bit I find the shape of the "crown" strange. When I was busy calculating a price to realise the restaurant on the top 2 floors I happened to spent some hours in this fantastic building. At that time they were laying lexan sheetings at the crown to reduce wind noise. What I recall is that they connected those lexan plates firmly to the horizontal steel lattice frames that shaped the crown. I can't recall it being angled.
11. Saville Condominiums

Are you an architect by chance, Matt? Your stuff never ceases to amaze me, you must have quite some library of inspiration. 5/5
12. motokloss MS Przyjaciol Avenue 3., Warsaw

This stunning architecture of an unknown class to me and you put it to a model in a very delicate way. 5/5 for sure!
13. Miller Street Offices

I like the detail on the stairway to the underground parking lot, really nicely done. Good-looking midrise for any city!
14. Divers And Boats

A nice idea, I'll make some room for them in a quiet corner of my city!
