This is excellent for those medium sized cities- not smaller towns, and not megatropolises, but that in-between size. We don't have many buildings at that mid-level of skyline, so this will be extremely useful! Excellent work!

To be precise, you'll need to hold [CTRL] and zone 4x5 dense commercial (4 along the road, 5 deep) to have the best chance of growing it. Technically, it's not a corner lot (meaning that it can and will grow with only a road in front), but from an aesthetic point of view, this is one of those buildings that look great with streets along at least two (if not all) sides.

When I tested this building, I plopped it down with darn42's [i]Chicago Tribune Tower[/i] as its right-hand neighbour, and I discovered that it looks nice if the slanted side points toward a little plaza in front of a neighbouring building, so if you happen to get that configuration, you may be surprised. You could also use small plazas or NAM Ped Mall Tiles to enhance the surroundings - or a corner, as seen in the screenshots.

I really like this BAT because it is a filler, but one with a certain character and a "good companion" type of BAT - helps to make your fancier skyscraper shine.

Another great BAT by sgt pepper, I'm sure if this one would fit well with big cities. Good job, 5/5

Quick question; is this building CAMpatible?

@ Intrepid: Do regular buildings work with the CAM without any further prerequisites? If so, this one should be CAMpatible, although if you use the CAM you may get this building size at a later stage than 8 usually.
