A civic lot that requires the Real Highway Mod? Why? Seems unlikely. There is no evidence of it in the picture.

One of the props for the parking lot is from the RHW. It is a very important base texture.

Also, those statue-type pillars are from the RHW supports.

Please leave a comment before rating, what needs to be improved for V.2.

For starters, an in-game picture that's bigger than a postage stamp would help to judge the look of the lot.

It looks like you took a bunch of props, added some in game buildings, slapped it together and named it- I agree with il on the idea but the lot is really lacking.

Really? Nice idea, but it needs a LOT more effort.

not to sound mean but most uploads here have more than just maxis props, there are hundreds of different custom props and textures all over the web you could use. Maxis relots just dont cut it anymore. I like the idea of a bigger library but this needs more effort than just plopping random things on a lot and naming it. I suggest making ur own library model in the BAT. If you need help thats ok (we all have to start somewhere); you could open a BAT thread and people can give you advice and constructive criticism vital to honing your skill.
