Here’s the Johnson Apartments, these apartments are Wall to Wall (W2W) buildings. This is a non recreation building but it's supposed to have a New York City style. The architecture style for this building is modernism built around the year 1958 In the Aaron City. There are four bat models and all of them are corner buildings as well as they all have different brick colors.You will have white bricks, brown bricks, red bricks and tan bricks. Each of the retail for each building is different from the last model, and as a choice you can also install the commercial service versions but you will need to install the Colossus Addon Mod. Two of the four buildings are mirrored/ flipped in the opposite direction so you can fill the opposite side of the block with no worries, and each model has two wealth types R$$ and R$$$. The Johnson Apartments is a great place for your Sims to live, best best thing about it is they have commercial retail on the first floor so it's really easy to buy clothes and to get something to eat. it's all on the first floor no need for cars. Please Download Maxis Nite or Dark nite, if you download both please install the nite verion you use for your cities at night. If you install both and using the default path settings that's appled in the installer the installed
model file will replace the model file that's in the plugins folder.
