Inspired by Portman Mansions in London's Marylebone, these Victorian apartments are the abode of up to 200 R$$$ sims. They grow on a 4x3 medium- or high-density lot under Chicago tileset, or can be found listed as "R$$$_JFF Mansion Block 08" in the "LotPlop" extracheat.
As always, the 3d model can be enjoyed from any camera angles, and the all-inclusive file weighs less than 200 KB.
