Thank You for these! I prefer one style to my cities buildings. One reason I don't like bats and custom textures. And you match Maxis style very well. 10/10

The merit of your BATs is really that they all not only appeal to eager custom content users, but also to people like poiuy1208, who prefer to stick to the general Maxis style, but still appreciate the additional variation. Not to mention that new custom content users will not be intimidated by long dependency lists!

As such, the are really great "starter" kits - with the additional advantage that the BATs are made at such a quality that even the most advanced users won't be bored by looking at all the details that went into the buildings - and if someone thinks the lots are too plain, that's a great opportunity to check out the Lot Editor!

Come to think of it, that might be an interesting project for lot makers out there, eh?

Great work on these madhatter, but the real beauty is their ease of use, they will blend and fit in with pretty much any city under the sun. I think I'll be replacing those maxis car parks though. Looking forward to the rest of your office packs

Nicely done! I can always use more generic small buildings. These I can use 100 times over whereas a skyscrapper, at least in my cities, gets used maybe once or twice. Thanks for contributing.
