yea, i think you should start making interiors for your see-through buildings, what you have now kinda puts a asterisk on an otherwise perfect BAT, and the Lot could be more urban, but hey, this is top notch stuff. 10/10

although i would have liked to create the interior, my computer has problems with exporting models with a file size over 16,000KB, so i am pretty limited to how much detail i can put into the model.

Woah this is a large improvement! If you can't model the interior, you can always make window textures that look like interiors (look at autoVino's thread and see what I mean). 10/10 nontheless :)

I don't know about the *see-through effect*Maybe I kinda have to get used to it?. Not everything that is new is good, right? A most stunning BAT though, maybe a few spot with too clean textures , but in general all quite excellent. Haven't seen a good big BAT like this for awhile on the STEX. Thumbs up.

I think this is an original design, and the STEX definitely needs a large scale skyscraper now after so many slow weeks. So by default, despite the shortcomings, still worth a 10/10! BTW, the tiny Park Lee Jung Finance Tower on the lower right hand corner is just way too small and really look out of place! haha
