I like it. It looks like it must be Sunday because no cars are in the parking lot! A few cars would help a lot. You show promise.

Good point about the cars. There actually are car props in the lots, but apparently I took the screenshot outside normal business hours.

Hey, that's really great for your first upload! I like the roof textures- very realistic. Looks like it needs more of a foundation though.

Luckily I'm good in lotting, so this will be better after it goes through LE.

I think the lotting is fine, especiallhy for your first BAT. I like the old industrial look, and this fits right in! The only information you have not yet provided is whether or not you developed a lighting rig for night lights yet. This is important, and a screenshot often accompanies this. Great Start and good luck in the future!

WOW, nice work! I am glad to see another fine industrial building! Please make a plop version as some of us use a lot of plop material to achieve the look we want in certain areas. A "cleaned up" version would be great too: I am "reclaiming" some of my industrial areas for mixed use/loft/artisan communities and this type building would make a perfect addition. Just some cleaned up windows and some landscape would be ideal, maybe a courtyard? Many thanks!

WOW good Job on the Building and that is perfect... The lot on the other hand dont live up to such a wonderful building.... It would also be good to see a Night time shot as well instead of 2 day shots but other then that a 9/10 from me!!!

It is always welcoming to see a large MFG building with a large amount of jobs, not to mention a fine looking one. Very useful! 9/10.

First BAT?! This is VERY good for a first BAT- excellent modeling and texturing (especially the roof)! Keep it up! 9/10 (A little more roof junk- typical of warehouse complexes- would make it perfect.)
