    WOW, nice work! I am glad to see another fine industrial building! Please make a plop version as some of us use a lot of plop material to achieve the look we want in certain areas. A "cleaned up" version would be great too: I am "reclaiming" some of my industrial areas for mixed use/loft/artisan communities and this type building would make a perfect addition. Just some cleaned up windows and some landscape would be ideal, maybe a courtyard? Many thanks!

    Great work dk1 !!! I am very happy to see some suburban looking community buildings! Anymore on the horizon? (fire station, schools, etc???) Great idea angling the building from the site...keep up the great work!

    Excellent as usual!!! Very useful in creating an "aged neighborhood" and looks so similar to my real hometown of Wyandotte! Keep up the wonderful work..... How about a version of the Fox Theatre or Max M. Fisher Center on Woodward?

    During the 60's there was a movement to "modernize" the street facade of many of our buildings. This meant covering up the existing storefronts with plain facades with fewer windows and reinforced doors. Recall, this was the 60's, a time of social upheaval and our infamous riot of 1967. Property owners chose protection over aesthetic and to this day, we still have much of the fake facades covering up architectural gems yet to be rediscovered!
