Messeda
Messeda was constructed in 1992, closely inspired by its counterpart Messeturm in Frankfurt, Germany. Like its sister, Messeda is a convention tower very close to the large Silverstone Convention Center attracting millions a year with its bright neon lighting and great views of downtown Silverstone.
This German Post Modern tower sits on a 3x3 lot and provides jobs for 2877 CO-$$$ Sims.

Found near the top of the landmark menu.
(Obviously based on Messeturm in Frankfurt, Germany.) I know this building is already included in the game but I've never really liked that version of it and felt that it was too wide and did not look much like the real version of Messeturm.
Included in the download is a ploppable CO-$$$ landmark version, and a growable lot with the same values.
