About This File

This is pack 3 of a series of lots designed to allow city Mayors to build custom, large format shopping centers in their cities. Each pack will contain at least 4 businesses, for variation. There is one lot for each pack, as all business are in a Building or Prop family; they each have a random chance of appearing every time the lot develops. This keeps the menus less cluttered, and allows for a little more game variation.

This pack contains four Large Format Retailers in this series :

A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts
Big Lots
Famous Footwear
Old Navy

All lots are designed to fill the entire width of the lot, so they can appear to be joined together.

Custom Features : Query, Menu Icon

Lot Type : 3x4 Growable and Plop
Statistics :

Plop Cost : $15,000, Bulldoze Cost : $1,500
Jobs Provided : 149, Cs$$
Pollution : Air - 11, Water - 7, Garbage - 31
Power used : 12, Water Used : 10

Directions:
Auto-Install : This is the simplest method to install these files. It will automatically put all files in the right place, for optimum performance. Simply open the Zip file, and double click the install file. Follow the onscreen instructions.
Manual Install :If you wish to install these files manually, copy the folder for this lot to your plugin folder. I suggest placing all files in the MyDocs\SimCity 4\Plugins folder, with a new folder called "SimGoober" for all of my lots. This will keep your folder organized, and ease troubleshooting. Personally, I also add another subfolder, for each type of lot; ie: Retail, Restaraunt, Hotel, etc.

Awesome times three! In a prop family as well. My small wish is that all three Shop Packs could somehow all join into the same prop family, saving even more space in the menus (just one) and extending the series for as long as you need.
