Walt Disney Theme Park BAT Team (WDTPBT) Thread!
Nomad1 replied to CWLGAMER01's topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
You guys have some really good ideas and grand beginings! Looking forward to seeing some rides! Good luck with this project! -
Woohoo! The culmination of hundreds of hours of incredible work by all on the MAPP team has resulted in something I never would have thought possible. Thanks to Aldara6166 and Andreas for getting the final packs complete for the New Year! Special thanks to T-Wrecks who designed all the magnificent lots and really "gelled" the whole project artistically.

Looking good! I would model some various baggage carts and some fuel trucks, etc. to complete the look. Just a suggestion... Nice work.

You have definitely carved a nice little nitch for yourself in the SC4 community with these wild west BATs and LOTS. Very nice and well made! When you get bored of doing this genre, you should consider doing some stuff for the Modular Amusement Park Pack that is going to be released soon. We could use some batters to create some more amusement park rides/games/buildings.

Petition To The Bosses - Seperate Map STEX

I too think the existing filter system is adequete and does a fine job. However, someone has stated that they don'y have broadband, and viewing only one type of file at a time takes a long time. I like the idea of reversing what the existing filter does. Instead of clicking what you want to view, you click what you don't want to, and your profile remembers your preference each time you visit ST. I have no idea how much effort it would be to implement, but it still was a good idea... -

Maybe I'm missing something in this thread, but is it really that inconvienent to click on the existing filters for BAT or Lot files if you really don't want to view the maps? -

If you look to the left of the STEX you can see the different file types(BAT's, LOTS, MAPS, etc). If BAT's are all you download, then simply click that icon. I don't think it's necessary for a seperate STEX for maps. As it stands, there is a filter already in place for the file types you don't wish to peruse.
