Completed in 1978, the Silberturm (Silver Tower) is located in central Frankfurt, Germany. Formerly the country's tallest building, it stands 32 stories high. This building sits on a 4x4 lot and comes in growable and ploppable CO$$$ varieties, both of which provide 4638 jobs. Both Darknite and Maxisnite versions are provided. The Messeturm, or Trade Fair Tower, is a 63-storey, 257 m (843 ft) skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district of Frankfurt, Germany. It is the second tallest building in Frankfurt, the second tallest building in Germany and the third tallest building in the European Union. It was the tallest building in Europe from its completion in 1991 until 1997 when it was surpassed by the Commerzbank Tower, which is also located in Frankfurt. Frankfurt Rebuild ! As last CJ we concetrated on the inner city, now we have a furthur look outside the city and present some of the challenges building a european city with fullsize tain, tram, bus and s bahn network. Some overview´s of the area ! First a continuation of the old town and Bahnhof Frankfurt East ! We go back downtown to see something of the Frankfurt Hbh station quarters ! Frankfurter Tram Bahn Geselschaft old depot ! Some more downtown rail stations ! Frankfurt Messe Bhf with the great eexhibition center ! Frankfurt East ! Last we end with stadium of the famous frankfurt footballclub Eintracht Frankfurt ! Frankfurt population has grown to about 64.000 citizens. Industry is complaining, Commercial activities painfully slow come from the ground; adding more schools, the university and improving the enviroment may help as lowering taxes a bit ! Europa ANNO ! Welcome to my new CJ series. Aim of this series is to depict several european scene´s in differen area´s in changing ages. Accomplish these goals will be difficult, maxis housing and skyscraper need to be blocked. BAT search for the various scene´s will be quit time consuming ! This CJ we start with the 4 Cities region, this consist of the cities of cologne, frankfurt, zurich and budapest; this list maybe extended. Later other region installment may be added to this CJ. Frankfurt am Main as portrayed in the teazer is our first city in the 4 Cities region ! Frankfurt am Main is located in the bundesland of Hessen some miles of the famous river Rhine, wich of you often get the mispronounciation am Rhine wich is wrong. Flashing as it is today, we start in a 1960/70 era, Urban transport will be main focus, Highway´s will mostly be upto NWM level with here and there some RHW at city borders. As mentioned this CJ will be build as you go, so progres in stages. Let´s have a look ! Here we have the Frankfurt HBF or as the bat is known Helsinki Station wich got some similair looks ! Let´s get into town ! First we have the station district with various building´s. As mentioned german city´s wher heavely bombe during WWII so there´s a mix of some old but a lot of post era buildings. Some imagination to be seen ! Old town in surround by a ring of city gardens ! Bismark Square with the famous statue ! Some to be busy scene at the Nuremberg Allee ! Still a lot to do ! Fancy sailing yacht´s to be replaced by Rhein Aken and large long distance passenger ferry´s. Rail infra near completion, ring line around the city is finished, still those catenery ´s and other details to add. Agricultural if a passed objective, there´s to much heavy industry. Next CJ we move on a little bit outer of town with the infra and suburbs ! Hope you enjoyed this CJ and see you back next time !

A building I saw while I was on vacation in Frankfurt Am Main near Museumsufer. A high-rise building situated in "Mainhattan" 79m high, 17m wide and 31m long. G'Day Simtropians, Todays map I wish to present is courtesy of a request by Kelis at SC4D, Thanks mate. It is of Frankfurt, Germany. Lying on the Main and near to the Rhine, It is another of those quite old places in Europe. See me up CLOSE and personal. This is a real world map and was produced with dem and satellite data. It measures 57.344km x 69.632km and utilising 16bit mapping technology it is in .SC4M format. Wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer is required for importation. The map is terrain and scale accurate. A readme has been included containing some links and instructions and a picture. I think that's all. Cheers -
