Frankfurt population has grown to about 64.000 citizens. Industry is complaining, Commercial activities painfully slow come from the ground; adding more schools, the university and improving the enviroment may help as lowering taxes a bit !

Hope you enjoyed this CJ and see you back next time !

Wow that is one massive rail depot/yard. I like the generally low rise nature of the city, good use of angled roads as well.

Thank you,

Railyard is as wide spread as it is to serve both side´s of the main railway station; real Frankfurt Hbf is maybe twice as big, still there needs to be room to service or storage trains,  specialy long distance. Maxis highrise commercial and all residential buildings are blocked, so it is developing only custom european bat´s; NDEX ITS Tower is just about it, surprisely there some bat´s available wich I didn´t expected, yet show up but wich aren´t completly installed; if issues resolved those might be added. Big city, wide boulevard´s afther WW2, narrow single road tram network not used and soon replaced by suburban stadbahn network; realistic use of the wide avenue pieces and some free laid tram tracks !

Thank you,

Railway structures are just part of the whole town; some custom industry rail lots to be added; healthy town providing job oppertunities, housing and adjacent facility´s will have first priority to balance the budget; economic model I don´t really care about , still I want to see a positive income ballance. Special bat´s need to be installed tested will take a lot of time to appear in this game, have patience !

I want to build a city with many avenues like this. OWR only sometimes make a city boring. Good work.

This series won´t be a lot about the RHW use or NWM wide boulevard´s. GLR tram pieces are less demanding than the RHW road networks, still laying those special tram in avenue pieces do take a lot time to complete. OWR or FAR road´s in town isn´t very practical, american cities are mainly road based so ideal for these pieces, european cities do have some angled roads but these or mostly adjusted for the rail, tram, GLR networks. European cities aren´t just about rail transit networks, customized bat´s should be the second to be resolved goal !
