This is a set of 40 flags rendered in HD. 38 of the flags are of automobile manufacturers and the other 2 are large flags of the United States of America and of Canada, typical of the flags flown at auto dealerships throughout North America. They are intended to be used as props, perfect for auto dealers, corporate headquarters, or racetracks. A 10x1 ploppable lot (as pictured) is also included, which can be found in the Parks menu. This pack will be a dependency for some of my future uploads. Monro Mufflers & Brakes is an automotive service company focusing on vehicle maintenance, repairs and tire sales. Monro is named after the county it was founded in Monroe County, New York, just without the "e”. Its headquarters remains in the county in the city of Rochester. Monro was actually founded as a Midas franchise in 1957, but would later become its own company after its founder, Charles J. August, decided that his muffler shops should offer additional services not offered by Midas at the time. 4x2 lot with 17 jobs. A pack of various HD props to support upcoming releases. Includes Fisher Body Plant puzzle piece modules, transparent grunge props and roofjunk. Prop families will be found by name in the Lot Editor. Install: Unzip "CT14 Prop Pack Vol 1.zip" into your plugins folder. This will create a new folder "CT14" containing a folder "Prop Pack Vol 1". If you already have a CT14 folder, say "yes" to merge. Remove: Remove the folder "Prop Pack Vol 1" from "Plugins/CT14". Bugs: Probably. Hello Simtropolis. The Simmania BAT Team is here with another project. This is Ceafus' Car Repairs/Auto Parts Store. It is a small shop used to help your sims when they have car troubles, need a tire change, and oil change, have a loose wheel, need a tire balance, anything, we got it covered. Conveniently, we have the Auto Parts store, so if your sims need some oil, chains, a ladder, dolly cart, or anything of that nature, you can guarantee we have it. The repair side of things shuts down earlier than the parts side, that is why the door is closed at night. The parts side stays open well into the night so that your sims can come in, even if it is later at night. Installation: Extract the .Zip to: C:\Users\(Your User)\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\ Stats: This building is on a Growable 2x2 lot. Has 17 C$$ Jobs Available.
