  1. yes i' agreed with you that why i put my z__LRMv40_Mega_Pack USA.zip because the excessive lights still bright in the city after using these three files LRMv4_Lights_LOT_$$$_Dimmed LRMv4_Lights_LOT_$$_Dimmed LRMv4_Lights_ST_$$$_Dimmed i think these excessive brights coming from low wealth$ buildings too, to see what could you fix in z__LRMv40_Mega_Pack USA.zip, we want to fix all tthe weaths not only LOT_$$$ and ST_$$$

  3. hello everyone we have one of the best modes sc4 which is jenx weather (jupiter) but no one cares about it, i notice that seeing has become too dark during night especially in the winter, yes darknight it's good idea bt i can not see nothing during night i will show you the picture below, can someone looking forward and fix it?

    he mean -config-log not SimCity 4.cfg, if you want -config-log go to C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity deluxe 4\Apps. mee too i got same problems after switching from hardware to software setting epecially if your shadows turned on and also it shows weird shadows of houses and trees plus blue shadows during night, i have got same glitches like this picture below
