Designed by Edward Larrabee Barnes, the Axa Equitable Center is a postmodern skyscraper located at 787 7th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, NYC. The building stands 54 stories high and was completed in 1985. This model is available as a CO$$$ tower in both growable and ploppable versions, both of which sit on a 4x8 lot. Both Darknite and Maxisnite options are provided - use only one at a time! Additionally, I have included a CAM version of the growable lot; if you have the CAM installed, simply swap out the normal growable lot files with the ones in the "CAM Lots" file. Dependencies: SimFox Day and Nite Modd - for the Darknite version of the model The CAM lots included in this upload require the Colossus Addon Mod. Otherwise, no dependencies are required. The Hong Kong / Asia BAT Team presents The Harbourside(v2.0)BAT created by bixel Modding, menu icons & lot design by T Wrecks readme by bixel Check out the Hong Kong /Asia BAT Team room at Simtropolis Introduction / Overview The Harbourside is a 255m (836.6ft) tall residential skyscraper located at 1 Austin Road, in Union Square complex on Kowloon peninsula. The building is erected on the West Kowloon Reclamation west of Kwun Chung. Construction of the 74 storey building began in 2000 and was completed in 2003 under the design by P & T Architects & Engineers.The building is, in fact, three towers joined at the base, middle and top however from a distance it appears as one wall of a building. The gaps between the towers help relieve the stress caused by the wind as the building has a large surface area which results in it acting as a sail. It was constructed as part of the Kowloon Station development and was the fourth phase. All floors are used for residential purposes. The tower is the 91st tallest building in the world when measured up to the highest architectural point. The Hotel ZaZa was inspired by a hotel of the same name in Dallas, Texas. It is an upperscale hotel, featuring balcony rooms, and an outdoor terrace with a pond and bar.
