Eureka Tower Melbourne Australia
Eureka Tower is a 297m, 91 story residential apartment building located in Southbank, Melbourne. Completed in 2006, Eureka Tower is distinctive for its blue and white striping, as well as its 24 carat gold plated glass windows on the top 10 floors of the building.

A few people have told me they have issues with Ploppable Residential lots dilapidating. To fix the issue I've also been requested to try every permutation of Ploppable...Growable...§...§§... R...Co...! I'm so overawed by the level of interest but I'm never going to satisfy all those variations, so just going to keep it simple 
These are ploppable non-functional landmarks. The lot is 5x6. High Wealth, costing §110,000 to build and §150 a month.
Available in both Darknite and Maxis night versions. (_DM & _MN respectively)
There are no Prop dependencies, although the Darknite version will require SimFox_Day_n_Nite_Modd installed.
